恭接乙巳年東嶽天帝令。
恭迎乙巳年東嶽兵將與四大元帥。
此刻，法鼓震響，沉迷三界者當警醒。
今日為東嶽祖師聖壽之日，此時為莊嚴肅穆之時。
自從金闕祖師自蓬萊歸返，曾多次示諭：
——當下正值道盤更替、因果翻轉之際。
祖師曾言：「年盤遞換，亦是換身之時。」
若願真心悔過，消災改業，則會感知祖師之加持與道力之提昇。
但最怕的是：明知因果可畏，卻執迷作惡，不願回頭。
金闕祖師常教誨：「諸惡莫作，眾善奉行。」
此年盤之轉動，時時記錄著你們的言行。
祖師明察秋毫，看你們一步一腳印。
走得正，道途坦，祖師自當論功行賞。
切勿受旁鶩之言而改變初志，更不可心懷抗衡、逆理而行。
人可跌倒，亦可再起，但切不可陷於自我執念中，誤以為己對，而困於迷障。
修煉之道，貴在平等論道；金闕之修行，不離世間，不離生活。
祖師所傳生活禪，平實接地，乃使你們能於塵世中磨鍊身心。
切勿行不當之事，案台審判，公正無私，毫釐不差。
人人若能盡忠職守，必得平安。
願你們皆能行穩致遠，成為金闕祖師在人間的活見證。
這，才是真正印證祖師公私分明的道行精神。

法鼓震響，八大神咒喚醒沉迷。
隨祖師多年，即使曾懵懂無知，如今也該是覺悟之時。
修道者應當學習、受教，即便旁人指出過錯，也當平心靜氣接納，真誠懺悔。
《玉皇真經》云：「懺悔前愆。」
懺悔，必須在你們曾經犯錯之處。
否則你們今日手舉三炷香，對東嶽祖師禮拜，是誠心，還是虛禮？
故祖師今日鄭重聲明：
凡金闕弟子，無論是宮主、傳音、或諸門生，若曾誦讀過《東嶽經》、《玉皇真經》三部曲，或《地母經》中所言：
「地母敢大天一層」請深刻省思。
地母祖師於大地之上，教化你們人倫道德，首重「尊重」二字。唯有你先尊重他人，別人才會尊重你。若你不尊重他人，又憑何盼人敬你？不是嗎？
行正道，做正人，成為令人敬重的修行者，你們所舉的三炷香，才不愧對祖師千言萬教，萬般護念。

Heavenly Mandate Year Yisi, Third Month, Twenty-Eighth Day
Welcoming Scripture for the Holy Birthday of DonYueh Zushi
Outward Reflection
We respectfully receive the Mandate of DonYue Zushi for the Year of Yisi.
We welcome the invisible Generals and the Great Marshals of DonYue Zushi
At this moment, the Dharma drum sounds to awaken those lost in the three realms.
Today is a solemn and sacred day—the Holy Birthday of DonYue Zushi.
Since return from Taiwan, Zushi has repeatedly instructed:
—This is a time of transformation in the Daoic cycle, a period of karmic reversal.
Zushi once said, “With each cycle’s shift, a new life begins.”
Those who sincerely repent and wish to dissolve calamities will feel the Zushi’s guidance and a rise in their Daoic power.
But what is most feared is this: knowing the terror of karmic consequence, yet still clinging to evil and refusing to change.
Zushi often advises: “Do no evil; practice all good.”
This revolving cosmic cycle is constantly recording your every word and deed. Zushi observes your every step with clarity.
If you walk righteously, he will honor and reward you.
Do not let distractions lead you astray or cause you to abandon your original resolve.
A person may fall, but they must rise again. Do not trap yourself in your own bias, believing you are always right and unable to break free from delusion.
True cultivation lies in mutual discourse, in equality and sincerity.
Zushi’s teaching of “everyday Chan” is grounded in reality, helping you refine yourselves amidst the world.
Do not commit what ought not be done.
The Judgment Platform is impartial and just, leaving no room for error.
If each of you fulfills your role with loyalty and diligence, peace and safety will follow.
May all of you find peace and success, becoming living testimonies of CCG Palace.
This is the true validation of the Zushi’s principle of fairness and integrity.
Inward Reflection
The Dharma drum echoes with the Eight Great Incantations to shake off delusion.
If you have followed the Zushi for years, even in ignorance, now is the time to awaken.
True cultivation requires learning and humility.
Even when others point out your flaws, you must listen calmly and repent sincerely.
The True Sutra of the Jade Emperor says: “Repent your past transgressions.”
Repentance must come from where the mistake was made.
Otherwise, when you offer three sticks of incense to Zushi today—is it true devotion, or empty ritual?
Thus Zushi solemnly declares:
All CCG disciples—including the Palace Master, the Voice-Bearers, and all followers—
If you have studied the Sutra of DongYue, the Three-Part Sutra of the Jade Emperor, or the teachings from the God of Earth Sutra such as:
“The Earth Mother dares to rise one level beneath Heaven.”
Then reflect deeply on its meaning.
The Mother of Earth teaches moral and ethical conduct upon the land.
First and foremost, learn to respect others—only then will others respect you.
If you show no respect to others, why should anyone respect you in return?
Is that not so?
Do the right thing.
Be a practitioner worthy of honor.
Only then will your offering of three incense sticks truly reflect the Zushi’s teachings and grace.
